With regard to the latest developments in the case of Microsoft's acquisition of Activision Blizzard, we previously mentioned that the reason for the CMA that prompted it to reject the decision is to bother that this acquisition is a monopoly and will limit competition in the gaming markets, but a short time ago the CMA came out with a new decision, as the authority stated that this acquisition will not affect the competition
But it seems that this sudden decision did not like Sony, as Sony came out in several interviews mentioning that this rapid change in the opinion of the authority is unacceptable and illogical, meaning that they did not study it well as the committee has acknowledged the evidence that proves that the acquisition will affect the competition and this is what Sony finds strange and inexplicable.
A new game also appears in the acquisition case other than the Call Of Duty game, which is the survival and action game coming on the second of May on computers and Xbox Series X/S Redfall.

But one of the spokesmen for Microsoft stated that these rumors are unfounded and that they allowed the release of copies of games in which Microsoft has a hand, and the proof of this is the game Ghostwire: Tokyo, meaning that the reason why the game was not released on Sony devices is unknown.
But according to Sony, Microsoft and Bethesda were planning to limit their games only to their Xbox and the evidence provided by Sony is an interview with the game director Harvey Smith, where he mentioned the decision to cancel the game on the PlayStation 5 after Microsoft's acquisition of Bethesda.
In your opinion, what will be happened at the end of the acquisition case? And did Microsoft really plan to prevent the release of Redfall on the PlayStation 5.
