Microsoft is close to completing its acquisition of Activision Blizzard

Regarding Microsoft's acquisition of Activision Blizzard previously, there was an obstacle mentioned by the opponents, especially for this deal, especially CMA, which is that this acquisition is a monopoly and will harm competition in the gaming market. 

but today, according to a report from Gamesradar, CMA came out with a report that this acquisition will not harm competition.

 According To Gamesradar, This decision did not come in favor of Sony, which will make Microsoft release Call of Duty games on the Sony platform, as most of the profits from Call of Duty games come from Sony and here Microsoft's profit will increase thanks to CMA's change of decision.

Microsoft is starting to achieve amazing results about the deal and most likely has put its first hand on Activision Blizzard but the decision will be soon on April 26th.
